**Its a warm evening full of promise. The twilight casts its magic upon the city and a certain tension fills the air. Ms. Giselle MacNamara is out for another night on the town, Mr. Clarence Bertram is distracting himself and the audience from the worries of the day, & Officer Jada Jacques is trying to survive the last minutes of work. The three of them, however, are about to have a more interesting evening than they anticipated when a mysterious envelope finds its way onto the Officer's desk.**
